KL Motor Show 2010

THE Kuala Lumpur International Motor Show (KLIMS) has finally come to an end after 10 days of exhibition at the Putra World Trade Center. It's been a long time I never been to PWTC, since the last PC Fair held here.

On last Tuesday I went to the motor show with Karen and David who was still in KL. It was a public holiday therefore we had to pay for the usual adult ticket (RM20) instead of the student price (RM5). But we got ourselves a chance of lucky draw contest.

Previously I've been to the motor show in Singapore but not the one in KL. So let the photos speak for themselves:
The grand prize of the lucky draw contest - Toyota Prius
Inside Hall 1, we got to see the much anticipated Proton Inspira or better yet known as Malaysian version of Mitsubishi Lancer.
The Lotus Espirit, looking smart.

One of the Pahlawan Series, Hang Jebat
Hang Lekir
The Proton Emas Concept Car
My Saga was not a missed too.
Inside the same hall at the Perodua section, there is this new Perodua Bezza
To be unveiled model. I mean the car.
Moving on to the next hall (Hall 2), the most public attention caught is this Chevrolet Camaro SS.

And the 16-foot tall Autobot Bumbleblee
Karen and David
Surprisingly UTM has a booth as well

Nissan making its appearance

Then we proceed to Hall 3, where we have the Kia
Peugeot
Harley Davidson

The Ferrari 458 Italia
Lamborghini Murcielago by Naza

The Batpod and Batmobile (which is a total disappointment).
And finally we came to the last hall of Toyota, Honda and Lexus.
A Toyota lightweight car which run on battery.

Compact Renaissance Zero
The Lexus LS600hL

The MC of the Toyota is a former Miss Malaysia, Shermaine Poo. She introduced some of the displayed Toyota concept vehicles.
Some up-close dance performance.
Immediately after the Toyota show, Honda took its turn.
The presenter (Julie Woon) demo on the new Honda personal mobility device, U3-X.
And bye-bye

After the event, we headed to the new KL Plaza aka Fahrenheit 88 for dinner. David wanted either tomyam or sushi. And in the end we went to Sushi Zanmai. The sushi were good and better than Sushi King.

いただきます。

That is all! Hope you enjoy the photos.
