MJ. A Memorable Journey

IT'S still unbelievable when I think of Michael Jackson's passing away. Months ago we still could heard of him fighting with his court case and people trying to sue him blablabla. Now look at him, all gone and  people are starting to miss and remember him.

How many animals are there?

I still remember the first time when I saw him on TV, I thought he was a woman! At such a young age, I supposed people with long hair are girls.

Shinny HAWT!

Sometimes when I see his photos. I start to imagine how can he possibly be a person who was born black with KABOOM hairstyle:

 become so fairly white:
(the hair is still a bit curly in this photo)

Well, after some googles I've just learnt that it is because of his skin disorder disease that destroy the skin pigmentation. It was something that can't be helped. Also, Michael Jackson slept in oxygen chamber to what he believed that it will keep his life span longer. Hmm, that is interesting.

Michael Jackson wouldn't be famous if it wasn't for his dance moves

Moonwalk has certainly became a trademark for MJ, although some of the sources say that he did not invent, but perfected it from the others.

After his death, many of his past videos and music are being played all over the channels. It brings back a lot of memories cuz I used to watch them last time. Among all this music videos, the one I like and admire the most is none other than...

The Smooth Criminal. Eeooww!

All the dance moves in it, I tell you, superb! He is legendary.

During my secondary school times back in 2003, few of my friends and I was trying to do some 'legendary' performance and so we danced the Michael Jackson's songs during the teachers' day. Take a look and have some laugh! =p

That was SIX years ago, man!!

Last Day of Internship in KCYS

WHILE I was packing and tidying up my stuff in the office, boss KC came to me and asked if I can read Chinese. I told him yea and he took out a Chinese book and passed it to me. Boss said it was a little something for me.

I looked at the title and it says 创意是训练出来的 (creativity through training). I flipped through some pages and found out that the vocabs are not too difficult for me to read and understand. I guess I will spend some time reading the book. Afterall, the boss is too nice already. Well who knows, I might find something interesting inside.

Now that I have finished my practical training and don't have to worry getting up early in the morning, what is the next plan??

A Gift From KCYS

FINALLY after undergoing eight weeks of my practical training in KCYS Architects, today is my last day of work. Weee~~ I do learn a lot things my colleagues and bosses and most importantly they are good to me.

Initially I was thinking of working in a big architecture firm cz I thought it should be nice to have many people working together but now I find that working in a small (or medium) firm can be quite exciting and fun as well. I think what attracted me when I first came for interview was the cosy environment of the office.

Anyway, time flies. Yesterday my boss KC handed me a little souvenior after I asked him to sign some documents for me. I was surprised!

He told me, it was designed by one of our colleages

A big piece of diamond/crystal glass

Ahh, I do not know how they make this

But I LOVE it! So cool!
Thank you KCYS

There is something nice that I wanna share. Check out the video below! Have a nice Friday =)

First Time On Air, and Win A Little Something

YESTERDAY I was on my way back home after work and listening to Red.fm. Ever since I started my internship two weeks ago I always tune in to 104.9 whenever I’m in the car heading and back from work There are all sorts of attractive prizes which you can win if you take part in the game or activities they have.

So what happened last evening was, while DJ Jeremy was on the air he mentioned that he would be giving away movie passes to lucky winners. What we just needed to do was to send a text message to the radio station.

I was driving and messaging Ning at the same time, thinking how easy it could possibly be to win stuff just like that. Why not give it a try? Therefore I typed in whatever the DJ said and sent it to the station. Never thought of anything more after that.

It was until moments later I received a phone call. The number looked quite familiar (cuz it was the number I call almost every morning trying my luck to win some cash). "Hey isn’t that the number from Red.fm?" I thought for awhile.

Yes indeed, it was Jeremy the Red.fm DJ!! RED.FM ACTUALLY CALLED ME!!! And I answered it right away.

I received the call while they were still playing some songs at the station. Jeremy DJ asked me to turn down the radio volume. It also means the whole conversation actually wasn't live but pre-recorded few couple minutes before. I was stunned and excited I didn't know what to react as I was chosen as the lucky winner to win FOUR movie tickets of Night At The Museum 2.

Gosh I totally couldn't believe it! This is my first time talking to a radio staion DJ on air. Moreover I am winning something from it. How cool is that!

As far as I can recall, this is how the conversation went like:

DJ: Hello Jit Ming, right? This is Jeremy calling from the Red.fm

Me: Erm..yea, hi! * getting excited*
DJ: Congratulations to you Jit Ming! You have won yourself some movie passes!

Me: *excited* Oh my god! Really? Is it? Err...err.. (too happy dunno what else to say). Thank you thank you thank you.
DJ: Now tell me, Jit Ming. Tell me how do you want this movie ticket so much?
Me: *still excited* I want it very veryy much!
DJ: Tell me again, HOW DO YOU LIKE TO WIN THIS PASSES THE NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM 2??
Me: I LIKE TO WIN IT VERY VERRY VERRRYYY MUCH!!
DJ: Congratulations again, you have just picked up four tickets all thanks to the 20th Century Fox.
Me: Oh four?
DJ: Yea, you can get four.
Me: Oh okay. Thanks, thanks. Thanks a lot. Thank you Red.fm!
DJ: How many do you think I am giving away?
Me: Normally I thought is, err...two or….hehe. But, err..I am so surprise.
DJ: Hey, that’s my job to surprise you. So, congratulations!

The DJ questioned me some stuff and asked if I ever won anything from Red.fm before. He even asked me who am I going to ask to watch the movie together. Then he took down my details to send me the tickets I supposed.

THANK YOU RED.FM! I am thinking of going for the movie with my family members. We had never before watched a movie in the cinema together. I’m sure it will be nice.

Went to Kinrara's Giant two weeks ago to shake hand with the DJ in order to win RM10,000!!!

If you are wondering why am I calling to Red.fm every morning. I was actually kinda attracted to the game they have on that time. Plus the cash reward is really really tempting! Go listen it for yourself... =)

My First Nuffnang Cheque

I first registered with Nuffnang, the blog advertising company in December 2007. At that time, I just wanted  to try this new 'stuff' my friend, Yee Mei recommended. (and also to see whether these kinds of thing are real or not? =p) Wouldn't it be good to have a side income?

Well, this is what I got after a year.

A cheque received via the post

It may not be a big deal as the amount of money was collected over a looong period of time and isn't a lot compared to celebrity bloggers like Kenny Sia. However still, it is my first time getting a paycheck Many thanks to those who helped me click on the advertisement banner. =)

Lee In Ah

IT has been five years.

I think of you sometimes. Every time passing by those places that we've been, I would remember clearly of everything that happened. The first meeting in Pudu, those exchange conversations, snow fighting in Genting, dinner with my family, crazy TGIF moments, and also the sad departure at KLIA. The feeling is so near yet so far. I promise to meet you again and I hope one day I really do.

I miss you.

Pop, Goes My Heart

WATCHED ‘Music & Lyrics’ last night. The show, starring Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore, has been out for quite some time already. The song ‘Way Back Into Love’ is really nice. I prefer the version where Hugh and Drew sing together, than the one he sings with the other singer, Cora.

I like some of the other songs as well. The melody is wonderful. The piano is beautiful. How I wish to have my own grand piano in a hall in my very own house next time.

Way back into love~

*~*~*~*~*~*~*

LOOK! Something has finally grown!
See the root?

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Found some old passports while I was tidying the room. By looking at past photos you will know how big (or old) you've grown. Haha.

Young me

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Remember the 'Street Fighter' game we used to play on the game console back in the 90's? Coming soon on 2009, a movie based on that game will be released on Febuary 27th. Although there was a Street Fighter movie back in 1994, I bet this one is going to be a better one.

The old old one

Cuz there is Kristen Kreuk in it, acting as Chun Li! According to the sources online, this show will focus more on her and her journey to justice, as the title of the movie is 'The Legend of Chun Li'.

Catch up soon

With the Power of Photoshop

YESTERDAY I was trying out some editing in photoshop. It turned out wonderfully amazing and funny. You will know the reason later. Haha

From time to time I have been following this photoshop tutorial blog by Rames . It looks nice and most importantly, easy to follow. Materials and files can be downloaded after each tutorial.

Since this girl from the Singapore Motorshow is on my desktop wallpaper, I use her to be my 'model'. Normally those stuff that we do inside photoshop are only based on our imagination and they DON'T normally come true.

Just like what I did here. You can now see that she's shorter than me. =p
This tutorial can be followed here.
.
Next, I found this lovely photo of my FuturArc group which we shot early this year.

The original pic

Jeng jeng jeng. With my photoshop skill, I:
help with some make up

you probably know what I'll be doing

This is what happen when you apply too much of powder
with green eyeshadow and out-of-scale lipstick

Haha. See, Tiong has the nicest smile =)

Looks like some drama poster to me

Then I got another idea while adding the black-eyed thing. Here:

Sometimes when you crop a picture out, it gives another perspective and put the focus on elsewhere.

I like this ad. And it matches with the pic above

Ok lah. Enough I guess. Hope you guys learn something. Take care!

Cannot tahan already. *Nose bleed*

I Did Not Stare At Boobs

UPDATE: Guess what? I found another Jimmy Zhai here. Hehe.

INTERNET is a wonderful network. It can able to link web pages and photos that we've uploaded from all over the globe within seconds.

See what I found on someone's site yesterday. Not only he took my photos without permission, he even edited it and made me looked like a victim.

Victim for staring at boobs -_-'

Click here to see his site.

The original photo was taken when I was visiting the Singapore Art Gallery and the National Museum where there was an exhibition on Greek Masterpieces going on.

Great. Now I am speechless.

Window Stucked

LAST week the power window of the passenger seat in my car couldn’t be winded up. My room mate and I tried open inside the door but it still couldn’t help. You see, that’s the disadvantages of technology. Everything is being controlled electronically. There is no way we could pull up the window manually.
Stuck

As it was already quite late on a Sunday, I tried my luck driving to Tmn U and Sri Putri to see if there were any shops. Apparently there were SO many car repair shops but none of them opened. Hello? There is something missing in this line of service. How I wish I was in Sri Menanti where our makcik just have to give a call to the mechanic and he would come by to fix the car. That, I say is a good service even it’s just in a small kampong.

Worrying the inside would get wet if it rained and people sneaked inside to steal my steering, I had to find something to cover the window.
This
And this

The next day I sent the car to get the window fixed. After checking the problem, it was the controller of my seat that doesn’t work. And changing the whole thing of that gonna cost me some CA$H wtf.

In the end the mechanic just winded up the window for me using a-wire-connected-to-a-battery-thing and he then disconnected the wire inside so that the window couldn’t be use anymore.

Okay, so my car is now one quarter deaf. =/

Let me present to you: C-string, the strapless underwear!

I'm sure you've heard of the G-string, V-string and the T-string, or T-back as commonly known.
Say goodbye to uncomfortable straps

Things are getting weirder and weirder these days huh. I can say that this is an underwear evolution. This new style of women lingerie looks almost like a hair band. The front part is like a normal style of G-string with a thin band running to the back - the ass.
No strings attached

So who can wear the C-string?
ANYBODY! It can be worn under any clothes from skirts to dresses and jeans. Unlike a G-string, you don't have to worry it to be shown through when wearing a tight trousers.
TIGHT TIGHT

C-string is ideal for those who enjoys sunbathing but don't like the tan lines. Since it doesn't have straps, it allows you to enjoy the sun and give you much nicer and even tan.

How C-string will look like when it is put on the body?
Front
Back. Wuu, sexy!

I am not sure whether the girls will feel comfortable wearing the piece of cloth which supports only from the buttocks.

But it does look sexy for me. Hehe.

Okay that's enough of photos. Otherwise I can hear people calling me pervert already. =p

So remember, no panty lines, no tan lines! ;)

But not for this rhino over here
