The Palm

DUBAI has its own palm, currently being built on the coast of the emirates of Dubai. Once completed it will have luxury hotels, residential villas, water homes, exclusive apartments, marinas, water theme parks, restaurants, shopping malls, spas, cinemas and other other entertainment facilities.

Under construction

In fact, it has three palm islands: The Palm Jebel Ali, The Palm Jumeirah, The Palm Deira. The Palm Jebel Ali is more of an entertainment destination. The Palm Jumeirah is a retreat and residential area for living and relaxation. And The Palm Deira will be a business district, making it the largest of the three palm islands.

Villas on the Palm

Back on Malaysia, we will also has our own Palm soon, called The Golden Palm Tree. And it is being built along the coastline of West Malaysia facing the Straits of Malacca, Sepang Gold Coast.

Just like The Palm is Dubai, The Golden Palm Tree is a retreat and residential area for living, relaxation, and leisure. It will contain villas equipped with a clubhouse and a pool. But unlike Dubai, the Palm in Malaysia is built in much a smaller scale.

More like a coconut tree to me

That's why they don't call "Malaysia Boleh!" for no reason.
